When we talk about the Ghanaian musician with an enviable career devoid of substance abuse, then Sarkodie perfectly fits for that.

Most musicians smoke weed, cigarette, drink strong alcoholic beverages, among other things, and they flaunt it on social media.

Mostly, these musicians are blasted for being a bad influence on the youth.

But Sarkodie? Never, no tattoos, no flaunting weed, no drinking of alcohol — all he ever posts of himself drinking is Malta Guinness or champagne.

He may be a smoker but flaunt it on social media? Never.

But guess what? All of a sudden, Michael Owusu Addo as he’s known in real life has started posting photos of himself smoking a cigar.

Just recently, he shared a photo of smoke covering his face as he took a puff on the cigar.

Well, Shatta Wale has subtly reacted to that photo.

According to the dancehall musician, he is the reason why every musician is smoking for the camera these days in Ghana.

In a Snapchat post, he wrote: “Now dieerr smoking nkwaaaaa for Ghana music ooo [laughing emojis] Because of me everyone is smoking on cam [laughing emojis] smoking branding [laugh out loud emojis].”

Not only Sarkodie anyway, Medikal also shared a photo of himself lighting a cigar in one of his recent photos:
